Hobart has supported the food equipment and service needs for the food service industries for more than 100 years. Hobarts extensive range includes cooking, food preparation, ware-washers and waste handling, weigh wrap, Baxter baking and Traulsen refrigeration. The Traulsen refrigeration was incorporated in 2002 as Hobarts division. This brought together the two preferred brands in the food service industry – Hobart’s warewashing, food machines and cooking, and Traulsen’s refrigeration.
