Since its inception in the 1950’s Stoddart has manufactured custom commercial food equipment suited to heavy duty use in the commercial kitchen equipment industry. Over the years, the demand for these custom items, including Bain Maries and Hot Cupboards, grew to such an extent that listing them as “custom” wasn’t quite true anymore.
