Birko Electrics started life making food and drink heating vessels and continued manufacturing Food and Drink Heaters, selling their products through major department stores. An Electric kettle was then added to the range of products, followed by a Hot Water Urn for commercial and industrial usage. Over the years Birko’s product range has matured and grown. Using stainless steel instead of copper to create a more reliable, durable and cleaner product which is more suitable for commercial applications. Birko then developed a distribution network throughout Australia, expanding its product range to include Food and Pie Warmers, Gas Urns, and some commercial catering equipment. Expanding into both domestic and commercial products.
